Creator Service Overview

We offer a website where you can purchase merchandise we make available for sale, including digital products and memberships (“Memberships,” and together with other merchandise, “Products”).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old.

• You have not been suspended or removed from the Service.

• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Registration

To access a Membership, you must create an account. You may need to provide personal information such as your name and email address. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account is no longer secure, contact us immediately at thieves-of-liberty-shop@support.fourthwall.com.

Payments and Pricing

Purchasing any Product may require payment of fees in U.S. Dollars. You’ll have an opportunity to review and accept all fees before completing a purchase.

Pricing: Creator may update Product or Membership prices at any time with advance notice. Promotional pricing may be offered to other customers and may not apply to you unless specified.

Authorization: By purchasing a Product or Membership, you authorize Creator and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.

Memberships

Some Memberships include automatically recurring payments. By activating a Membership, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Your account will be charged on your Membership Billing Date for the next period’s fees and taxes.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your Membership before the next billing date. You can cancel under the Billing tab in your account or by emailing thieves-of-liberty-shop@support.fourthwall.com.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for defective Products within 30 days of purchase. You’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping costs if applicable. Non-defective Products are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Limited License

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, Creator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service and any active Memberships.

License Restrictions

You may not reproduce, modify, publicly display, or distribute the Service or its content, or attempt to circumvent any security features. If you are prohibited by law from using the Service, you may not use it.

Feedback

If you share feedback or suggestions, you grant Creator a royalty-free, perpetual right to use it for any purpose, including improving the Service and developing new products.

Ownership and Rights

The Service, including all design, code, data, and content (“Materials”), is owned by Creator or its licensors. You may not use these Materials except as allowed in these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
